We take out all of the strain of dealing with the tenant(s) after we are allocated the job. Before we begin any job we clarify what work we are there to do showing the customer our job sheet. After completion of the work we use mandatory feedback sheets after every job with the tenant to ensure that the work was completed correctly and that they were satisfied with our company that has been contracted in by you. This ensures that the work quoted was completed without problems and it also stops any confusion on what we were contracted in to do. This system allows the tenant to inspect the work before we leave and for any reason they are not happy we rectify their concerns straight away avoiding unnecessary visits and disruption afterwards.
At Maintenance 4 Properties we have fully equipped vans to accommodate your daily property maintenance needs. Our vans carry screws, hinges and all sorts of repair items and we can generally have solutions on the same day. Our staff are polite, fully uniformed and get the job done first time.
We have the knowledge on low maintenance cost effective solutions to most problems or issues and most problems can be sorted there and then. We develop a relationship with all of our clients and we build this on trust and quality of work. We can work on call outs over the phone with just the tenant present and our staff can liase directly with you once at the property.
Our rates are highly competitive and materials used are representative of the budget available. We will offer temporary solutions if necessary to accommodate needs in situations. If we are called out fix or secure a broken window we will board it temporarily whilst waiting for the glass to be made.
