Maintenance 4 Properties provide all aspects of Property Maintenance including: Kitchens and Bathrooms, Roof Repairs, Garden Maintenance, General Building Work, Tiling & Flooring, Painting & Decorating and 24/7 Responsive and Emergency Repair Services.

We work with Letting Agents, Landlords and Home Owners. All of our vans carry a wide range tools and stock of handles, hinges, screws, bolts, consumables and wood to ensure we can cover most aspects of property maintenance works straight away. We are fully insured individually and as a company and can produce our policy certificates upon request.

We pride ourselves on doing the job right first time and appearances are just important as the work all members of staff wear fully branded uniforms. Our staff also use mandatory feedback sheets after every job with the tenant to ensure that the work was completed correctly and that they were satisfied with our company that is representing your company. This ensures that the work quoted was completed without problems and it also stops any confusion on what we were contracted in to do. This system allows the tenant to inspect the work before we leave and for any reason they are not happy we rectify their concerns straight away avoiding unnecessary visits and distruption afterwards.
