Maintenance 4 Properties are a family run small business specialising in property maintenance. We work with Letting agents, Landlords and Homeowners on daily basis. All of our staff are polite, hardworking and are always in full company uniform. Our staff make a point of ensuring that their workspace is always kept clean and tidy and are trained to conform to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

We take out all of the strain of dealing with the tenant(s) after we are allocated the job. Before we begin any job we clarify what work we are there to do showing the customer our job sheet. After completion of the work we use mandatory feedback sheets after every job with the tenant to ensure that the work was completed correctly and that they were satisfied with our company that has been contracted in by you. This ensures that the work quoted was completed without problems and it also stops any confusion on what we were contracted in to do. This system allows the tenant to inspect the work before we leave and for any reason they are not happy we rectify their concerns straight away avoiding unnecessary visits and disruption afterwards.

We are fully insured for any work we do and our vans carry tools, screws, hinges, sealants and all sorts of repair items and we can generally have solutions on the same day.

Our office is based in Englefield Green near Egham and we have recently grown to have a storage yard in Farnborough to be more central to our main areas. We cover Farnborough, Camberley, Fleet, Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Egham, Sunningdale, Ascot, Bracknell and all surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius of Farnborough.
